I didn't start in business. I started in the community — running mentoring programmes across 20 schools in Victoria, setting up reintegration pathways for Pasifika adults leaving prison, staffing youth residential care facilities at 2am when nobody else would.

Every business I've built started because I saw a gap that hurt people. The NDIS compliance tools were garbage, so I built Titus inside my own provider first. Community organisations were drowning in spreadsheets, so I built Poto AI. The same way every time — empathy first, product second.

I failed early. GST debt from a security business. A GM in Melbourne I trusted who had a double life. Compliance gaps that almost sank things I'd built over years. I'm sharing all of it — not to impress you, but because you shouldn't have to pay the same price I did.
